The baking program trains future professionals and entrepreneurs in the essential techniques for the preparation of bread. This training gives young students the skills necessary to work in a traditional bakery or in a larger production facility. These skills include different baking techniques, how to work together as a team, and how to develop a repertoire baking recipes. 

This program includes: the study of different kinds of bread, daily breads, confections, different kinds of cake, the combination of different kinds of ingredients, and techniques for cooking the bread.
